Judevine's Mission

The mission of the Judevine Center for Autism is to make a real difference in the quality of life for children and adults with autism and their families wherever they may live.

Judevine's Vision

Judevine Center for Autism seeks to be the hallmark for quality treatment and training and the premier provider for autism services for children and adults, and their families, in our region and beyond.

We see Judevine as the hub of an integrated treatment delivery system, based in our training programs, advocating maximum inclusion of children and adults with autism in their homes and communities.

We acknowledge the parents' experience and superior knowledge of their son or daughter with autism, recognizing and respecting them as full partners in meeting the immediate needs, as well as in planning for the future of their family member with autism.

We recognize and respect the dignity of every child and adult with autism while providing them with effective and appropriate training and treatment.

Judevine's Values

We Believe the individual with autism is first and foremost a person.

We Believe in respect for families and their values. Believing that parents know their children best, we are guided by the parents and provide them education and options from which to choose.

We Believe that an important and fundamental part of our heritage is based on the value we place on the family's knowledge, participation and contribution toward the treatment of their family member with autism.

We Believe that a firm, positive and consistent attitude toward behavior and learning is effective in guiding the person and his or her family toward qualities of life previously thought impossible.

We Believe in being ethical and honest - doing what is right for the individual and families.

We Believe that we are a learning organization that values the contributions, teamwork, collaboration, planning, problem solving and a can-do spirit of our staff.

We Believe that people need to be connected to their families and significantly connected to their communities, regardless of range of challenges or supports needed. With proper support, anyone can live in the community, including persons with autism.

We Believe that innovation is necessary in creating new frontiers for delivery of services.

We Recognize and value the principles of behavior that underlie an eclectic approach in supporting people with autism and their families.
